There are storage facilities located at both 148 Northumberland Street and 143 Northumberland Street in the town of Ayr. The locations are located across the street from each other.
The facility is operated remotely from our head office located in Kitchener. Direct support is available from Monday – Friday from 8:30am to 5:00 pm through phone and email. Facility maintenance is managed internally, and staff are often onsite throughout the week.
Our storage facility is open for you to access your belongings 24/7, 365 days a year!
We provide flexible month-to-month lease options. Store with us short or long-term.
We require basic personal information as well as payment details (credit or e-transfer) for your account profile. Additionally, we require all storage customers sign a short-form storage rental agreement acknowledging all rules and regulations of our storage facility.
Easily pay your storage bill online using an e-transfer or credit card. Additionally, on your online account, you can set up autopay. Inquire with us if you have any questions regarding payment options.
Perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous items, combustible items, or liquids.
Drive-up access means parking your vehicle directly in front of your storage unit for easy loading and unloading.
Ensure to bring your own lock (padlock or combination) to secure your unit as well as any carts required to move your belongings. There are no locks or moving carts provided onsite.
